The Park Santa Monica Apartments

LZI provided building enclosure consulting services for a new 662,000 sq. ft. multi-family apartment development comprised of four, seven level towers over podium, over four levels of subterranean parking. Exterior enclosure systems include exterior wall waterproofing, fenestration systems, sheet metal flashings, building sealants, and coordination of roofing and waterproofing systems. Project challenges included an accelerated project schedule and complicated trade sequencing to accommodate the building skins complex geometries.
