LZI provided building enclosure consulting services for a new 59,000 square foot three-story slab-on-grade structure. Exterior enclosure systems include exterior wall waterproofing, fenestration systems, sheet metal flashings, building sealants, low-slope roofing and horizontal terrace and balcony waterproofing systems.
