LZI provided building enclosure consulting services for a new 340,000 square foot, 224 bed five-level HCAI-1 (formerly OSHPD) facility over one partial level of basement space. The enclosure systems include below-grade waterproofing, air barrier, metal wall panel and insulated metal panel cladding, continuous insulation, fenestration systems, horizontal waterproofing, low slope roofing, expansion joints.
