LZI provided building enclosure consulting services for a new 33,500 square foot one-story slab-on-grade structure utilizing panelized exterior wall construction.  Exterior enclosure systems include under-slab vapor retarder, exterior wall waterproofing, fenestration systems, sheet metal flashings, building sealants, low-slope thermoplastic PVC roofing and seismic expansion joints.  LEED Gold Certified and Net-zero Target.
