LZI provided building enclosure consulting services for a 4-story, slab-on-grade medical office building with reported water intrusion issues, including forensic investigation to determine the leakage source(s) and provide repair recommendations. Project challenges included conducting investigation water testing with minimal disruption to building operations and constrained facade access.
