LZI provided consulting services that included performing a comprehensive visual building enclosure condition assessment of the eight-level over one level basement, 1800,000 GSF commercial building, formerly the headquarters for Farmers Insurance.  The building was initially constructed in 1937 and underwent two renovations in 1948 and 1966.  Our services included review of as-built construction drawings and prior reports, a site investigation to document the existing conditions, and development of building enclosure assessment report with detailed repair recommendations for imitate, short term and long term durations.
