LZI provided consulting services that included performing a building enclosure condition assessment of an occupied two-story, slab-on-grade student center building built in two phases with reported water intrusion issues. Our services included site investigation to document the as-built construction, development of building enclosure report with detailed repair / replacement recommendations.
