Medical Office Building

LZI provided building enclosure consulting services for a 3-story, slab-on-grade medical office building with reported water intrusion issues proximate to ribbon windows and insulated cement plaster cladding. LZI’s services included forensic investigation to determine the leakage source(s), document review, meetings this parties involved, development of repair scoping documents, performance evaluation of mock-ups, and partial construction administration. Project challenges included conducting investigation water testing with minimal disruption to building operations and constrained facade access.
