LZI provided roof consulting for the roof replacement of a low-slope roof for an occupied one-story, slab-on-grade municipal building and vehicle maintenance structure with reported water intrusion issues. Our services included site investigation to document the as-built construction, development of roof replacement scoping documents for multi-ply modified bituminous roof system and construction administration. Project challenges included accommodating geometry constraints due to the as-built construction, varied roof configurations and features including expansion joints and numerous curb-mounted skylights.
