Medical Office Building II

LZI provided building enclosure consulting services for a 4-level, slab-on-grade medical office building constructed circa 1990 with reported water intrusion issues.  LZI’s services included organizing and executing a forensic investigation to determine the leakage source(s) and provide repair recommendations. Project challenges included conducting investigation water testing with minimal disruption to building operations that required testing on the weekends, and constrained facade and roof access.
